Ola Restobar - Covina

Visited this place on Friday 5.12.23 met with friends I hadn 't seen in years! Music was good but very loud hard to hear conversation, no big deal though, we were enjoying the vibe. Ordered appetizers and drinks. Food taste was good, not excellent but good.Why the 2 stars you ask. We were asked to leave by the server because there is a long wait and you already closed out your bill . Now my margarita glass was still full, my friends Michilada was full and yet we were asked to give our table up!!!Really? We spent $70+ not including the tip, but because we paid the bill we had to leave. Didn 't get to finish our PAID for drinks!!!!???Never will I visit this place again, rude and inconsiderate.

Party of 7 @1:30. Ordered crepes other food took forever. Looked delicious but I didn't want Nutella since I was allergic to nuts. Instead I shared nachos, meat was dry Asada fries meat was also dry. Tacos looked good,Food: 3/5

After having a horrible experience at a place down the street we were able to walk-in and get seated right away. Our server was really great and attentive throughout our brunch. The music was great, the food was great. Will definitely encourage you to come out and try it yourself! The thing I found funny was the No Dancing signs near the bar.

Came on a Sunday at after 12:00 and all they were serving was brunch and didn't have any of the menu items without eggs. But the drinks were excellent in the service is great I would like a fuller menu especially afternoon. Just did not feel like eggs after 12:00

When on a happy hour hopping session of downtown Covina, Ola is normally on my shortlist of stops. They have the best Margaritas in town hands down. I can't completely vouch for the food as I've only sampled a couple of the appetizers but from what I've tasted their grub is solid. The only thing keeping this establishment from a five star review is the service. Be prepared for a decent wait. There have been several times when I've waited half a hour after being seated to finally have a server take my order. I concede that there have even been a few times when I straight up got tired of waiting and took my hard earned greenbacks to another haunt. But as stated before I keep coming back for the magnificent margaritas. Solid 4 stars to Ola.
