Wimpy's Diner - Courtice

My review is based on taste and service. I will say FULL marks on food and service.We stopped for Breakfast on the way home from Toronto to Ottawa. Menu has everything you can imagine for breakfast and I couldn't finish my plate! The Potatoes are home made boiled and slightly fried with onion and are delicious! Waitress makes you feel welcome! Big booths or single/2 person booths available We will stop in again!

By far the best fries in Durham region. We have had lunch there a few times and the service was excellent. We also had take out and the food was very good. The menu has a huge selection. They are also famous for their burgers. I have never had one, but they look good!

Very simple atmosphere. Really a fast food restaurant that you eat inside. The burgers are very large and very good. Breakfast is reasonable and well prepared. Nothing fancy, just good food. Service is very fast. In and out quickly.

I used to go here at least 2 times a week for the last 5 years . Lately I have noticed on sever dinner orders that the mashed potatoes only warm to cold , coffee is stale and overpriced and liver is very rare . The servings are smaller and the prices have been increased . Most wait staff are terrific . Will be going a lot less in future .

What a great place to go and eat!!From the super clean washrooms to the delicious diner fare, this Wimpys is simply the best. This location is also home to the nicest, prettiest and funniest waitress you'll ever have the pleasure of being served by. I think her name was Gina.If you sit at her table, make sure you give her a good tip. She will make you laugh and keep your coffee topped up. Anyways, I hope this review is helpful. I've been to other Wimpys locations and this one in Courtice is the best. P.S. I had the hash and eggs. Delicious!!
