Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We ordered delivery, the food we received was good as always, but unfortunately one of our side orders (green beans) wasn't included when we received the order.

Everything was great except for the Ladies washroom. There is a broken toilet in there and a horrible sewage smell. I was told it 's always been like that . Disgusting. Completely unacceptable in a FS establishment.

The service at this restaurant was not satisfactory. We requested extra napkins, but only received one. Additionally, the Swiss chalet sauce was missing from my meal, and the waitress did not inquire about refills or dessert options. After waiting a long time for the bill, we decided to leave and have no intention of returning in the future.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but we recently had a negative experience. Less than 5 minutes ago, they unknowingly deducted $100 from our account for two orders that were declined. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, they insisted that they did not take the money and recommended that we contact our bank instead. Overall, they need to improve their customer service.

My husband organized a lovely birthday dinner for me with the family. We had a wonderful time and the meals were delicious as usual and with that being said, I would just like to thank Valerie for doing a great job taking care of us. She is truly an asset to your restaurant.Thank you Valerie, you made our dining experience that much better!
