The salad used is the scarole, it is hard, and the green leaves are not gustative. the rest of the crudities consists of two tablespoons of cubes tomatoes, a handful of green beans, a few cubes of potatoes. 2 cubes of emmenthal cheese lost in the salad, not sure they were planned for the program. The balsamic vinegar sauce provided with the salad is very fade, the scarole having little taste, I feel like eating paper: (the chicken consists of reconstituted meat, infamous. Milk rice, well, milk rice. Not much more taste than the salad...I guess the crowd that has lunch in the defense is content, not me.
