Absolutely unacceptable and afflicting to have such a service. 20 minutes waiting with a nonchalant staff who does not have the management of their priorities and above all is wrong in the order. Instead of a refreshing cocktail we were served a cocktail with absynthe!!! I don't drink alcohol! And I can't imagine the consequences if I were pregnant or sick. Intolable to see such a lack of understanding!

Too long waiting time given the attendance on this Sunday afternoon. 20 minutes to order a cocktail based on lemon thyme cucumber and gaseous water...and what unpleasant experience when tasting the 1st sip. Order error. We were served a cocktail based on absynthe!!! INADMISSIBLE! An error that could have been detrimental in other circumstances...

The hotel looks good, but, I have a basket too good to go, it's the only ones (until now) that allowed me to give me a cardboard bag with lots of pastry inside, dispersed and unsealed, I was disappointed and shocked too.
