Subway - Council Bluffs

Horrible service. The young kid with longer hair was just the rudest person I 've ever met. We came in and ordered 3 sandwiches and he was like really ? My sandwich I made myself is going to be cold .

Not sure where they hired from, but the two gems working the counter were the worst ever. The food is Subway's so it was good.

I missed out on the free 6-inch Subway, but I ended up with a much discounted footlong instead. It was a treat!

Second time I've order online and paid online for in-store pick up. Both times when I went to the store (at the appropriate time) my order wasn't even started. Now, I'm waiting for it. I thought by ordering online that would eliminate or minimize the in-store wait. And.... there was not another customer in the store when I arrived for my order. Probably be the last time I order through the app. Waste of time.
