Panera Bread - Council Bluffs

Panera is consistently delicious with the soups, sandwiches...whatever tickles your fancy. This rant is not pertaining to the food but rather the cleanliness of the restaurant itself and the fact of witnessing an associate pick their nose behind the counter. Side note they did not exit the counter to wash hands.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for 2 drinks.. a diet pepsi with extra ice (ended up having barely any ice) and a frozen strawberry lemonade.. practically came in a kids cup. $7+ and 10 minutes waste of my gas,time,and money. Won’t be coming back to this location. Honestly needs to shut down or get new employees.

Our company took care of our meeting on Friday. All food orders were delivered on time. All orders were correct and the food was appropriate. The chicken avocado Chipotle melt was delicious.

Love their seasonal squash soup. I'm a big fan of their bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Sometimes the bread gets remnants of their sweets as I believe it's cooked in the same oven. This is my favorite part. They make a solid coffee too. I also enjoy their tea.

First of all I love Panera! However, several times now I've ordered my favorite Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and have been greatly disappointed. Where's the meat? I get an inch thick lettuce, a couple of tomato slices and about a tablespoon of meat! It's so disappointing. I'm a regular customer, 1 or 2 times a week. Please Panera, don't skimp on ingredients. Your product is too good.
