Subway - Cottonwood

I ordered a Steak and Cheese footlong with extra meat and several toppings. Unfortunately, there was no extra meat, and half of the toppings were either missing or incorrect. It was pretty frustrating, especially since you can't get a refund or change your order, and it cost almost $25 for just a sandwich.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch bowl with extra cheese, but there was no cheese at all. I requested smashed avocado, and there wasn't any. The ranch dressing that was supposed to be on it was missing too. The dish turned out watery and bland. My boyfriend's sandwich was so soggy that he couldn't eat the bread. Neither of us ended up eating much of our meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The bread and vegetables were not fresh, but the driver was fantastic!

No vegis or lettuce included in the no bready bowl that was ordered making it darn near unbeatable also items were added to the bowl that wasnt ordered (onion) and things were left out (vinrgarette) .

So, just a heads up: be careful with the dates on their vouchers, as they may not honor them even if they are technically still valid. As for the sandwiches I ordered, they were fine, but I was really disappointed with the coupon situation. I even sent an email to address the issue.
