What's the point of being on door dash when they literally deny your order every single time. I've attempted 4 separate occasions to use doordash and every time they cancel it

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo came with cold, soggy fries and we didn't receive one of the drinks. How is it possible to overlook a drink when there are three meal combos? Typically, KFC is better than this!

The sandwich is delicious, but I'm giving it a 2-star rating because this is the third consecutive order where something has been missing from my meal. This time it was the fries, which is a pretty significant oversight for a combo order. It's frustrating that this keeps happening.

The gravy was missing again for the second time in a row. Mashed potatoes just aren’t good without it! What’s going on?

From today stopped and had, I think, her name was Patricia when our cashier, and she was amazing! I usually get nervous to ask for sauces because I like a lot, but she didn't make me feel bad at all and get our order perfectly. I literally go back to places that offer such a great customer service. I made myself sad that the poor lady went to go to the bathroom and I went back to order a few more articles, and the other staff did not seem to help and seemed confused and looking for her until she finished going to the toilet room and went back and finished my order. Not sure what was going on, but thank you for patient and friendly and attentive Patricia!
