Pilot Travel Center - Cottondale

I came in with a major problem with an electronic, the manager Joy was extremely helpful her and Toyia went over beyond and above grade to help me and resolve my issue. Announcing to the Corporate office these two employees are SUPER AWESOME ANDDESERVES BONUSES, RAISES

This store was clean and the staff were very friendly. My shower was clean and mold free. The guy cleaning did a good job, I didn't even have to clean the toilet myself. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't so outdated.

The front third of the truck parking area is designated as "paid Prime," and even in that area, you’ll have to navigate an uphill walk or climb a few steps across the diesel islands just to reach the store—definitely a workout for your calves! Overall, the layout of the truck parking is quite poor, making it not worth the money to pay for a spot. On the bright side, the employees are friendly, and the store is clean. However, I wish I had chosen to stay at the Pilot 1.5 miles west off exit 76 instead. I had forgotten how inconvenient this location is and will definitely remember to choose the other Pilot in the future. Judging by how much busier that Pilot is compared to this one, it seems that other drivers share my sentiments!

The assistant manager, Joy Womack, is always very helpful and courteous whenever I visit the store. The restrooms and showers are consistently clean and well-maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, mainly thanks to a fantastic cashier named Tatyanna. She was very respectful and incredibly helpful. As a manager, I know how challenging it can be to find great staff, and Tatyanna definitely stands out. I will definitely be coming back!
