Kfc - Cortland

I suggest removing the stale fries and tasteless mashed potatoes. The chicken is passable but there isn't much competition in the area for fried chicken.

I had to wait for over an hour for my chicken to be prepared at this restaurant. I called to speak to a manager after being told the wait would be 25 minutes, but it ended up being much longer. I was informed that the manager was busy and couldn't speak to me, but that my chicken was on its way. When I finally received my order, the chicken was dark, overcooked, almost burnt, and very dry. The fries were also cold. This location is in need of new employees who treat customers with respect, take pride in their food preparation, and communicate effectively.

The food we received was delicious, but we did not receive all of our dishes.

Idk what everyone else is complaning about. I order all the time and its always so good !! ESPECIALLY being the only chicken spot around . I think everyone else just expects too much

Famous Bowl had cartilage filled chicken pieces that were to hard to eat, 12 pc. Nuggets didnt come with any sauce, ironically the only thing that tasted good and was right was the cheapest thing ordered...
