La Jaivita #1 - Corpus Christi

We travel for work and look for good places to eat every time we’re in town. La Jaivita did not disappoint! Hubby had a cocktail that had a mix of shrimp, fish, octopus and crab I believe…looked delicious. I had fish tacos and those were so DELICIOUS!Highly recommend! :

This was my first visit to this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a tasty seafood meal and don't forget to try their micheladas.

This was the worst hosting service I have ever experienced. There were 4 tables available and my party of 7 was told by the hostess that she couldn't seat us all together. We were willing to be seated at 2 separate tables to make things easier, but she still refused to accommodate us.

The shrimp cocktail is fantastic, especially the large size! It comes with fresh slices of avocado and cilantro on top, and the sauce is delicious. The waitresses are also very friendly and attentive.

Our first time here and we liked the food very much. The waitress was nice and did a good job. The place wasn't much to look at, but the place was clean. We had two orders of grilled fish tacos and one of shrimp quesadillas.
