Pretty good lobster roll. The bread roll was fantastic. I was expecting the lobster to be hot, but maybe it's the way it should be served? Actually, we chose this place because he wasn't as busy as anything else on Orange Ave. It was a great distraction and I would recommend it.

I've been looking for a fair, crazy tasty lobster roll for five years... I'm not exaggerating. Today, on a whim, my husband has a search for lobster rolls near Coronado and we landed in Lobster West. We live an hour north and there is a solid chance that we drive here weekly because it was the absolute best I've ever eaten!! The place was so clean, the staff was friendly and they had a great music through the speakers. We will be absolutely SOON again!

Lobster, crab, shrimp?oh my! Tender sea bottles in a warm, butter toasted roll with dusting of paprika (old bay? . Any protein you decide on you are in for a treat! Options to increase amount of protein. I went with the shrimp roll while my love enjoyed lobster. Both were great portions, fresh and delicious. Dining tip: order the lemon tarragon aioli. I got the classic shrimp roll and while the shrimp was good, it was just shrimp with something like old bay sprinkled on top. The meat was cold with room temperature bread. There was plenty of butter on the bread to give each bite a creamy texture. The bathroom is on the 3rd floor so make sure to get the key.
