フィードバックを提供するI ordered an Italian BMT, paid for it, but received a spicy Italian instead. To make matters worse, the sandwich had only about half the cold cuts it should have had because the ham needed for the BMT was missing. I'm not sure if this was due to a poorly trained employee, a forgetful one, or perhaps a combination of both, but it was definitely a letdown.
I went into subway this morning and was greeted by Bianca H and Austin. They were the friendliest people I have ever met. It was just me in the store so we small talked. I felt like I needed to give them a review because they were so helpful and friendly. Iwill definitely be back!
The service at this subway is extremely slow. You might find yourself waiting in line for about 20 minutes, as the staff seems to take their time. It feels like they're just going through the motions of the job.
The service at this location was terrible. I waited in line for 10 minutes before the girl behind the counter finally acknowledged me, only to say that I needed to wait because she had received an online order that had just come in. I walked out and will never return to this location.
This morning, I visited Subway and was warmly welcomed by Bianca H and Austin. They were the friendliest people I've ever encountered! Since I was the only customer in the store, we chatted casually, and their kindness truly made my day. I felt compelled to leave a review for them because of their helpfulness and friendliness. I will definitely be returning!
