フィードバックを提供するI drove through the drive-thru and encountered a male manager who clearly didn't know how to handle a gift card properly. When I expressed my frustration and called the situation ridiculous, he reacted aggressively. I then approached the second window to speak with a manager, and the female manager slammed the window in my face and told me to "get the hell out of there!" I felt incredibly insulted and shocked by this treatment. It's hard to believe that McDonald's employees and management would treat customers this way. In the past, similar behavior would have resulted in immediate termination. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
They can't make a chicken sandwich and they would think that the employees would have a better customer service at 16 dollars per hour.
I braved the drive-thru tonight. My total came to $9.25, so I handed the woman at the first window a $10 bill. I then reached into my wallet and pulled out a quarter. I gave it to her as well, explaining that it was to help me receive a dollar back in change. She sighed and called the manager over, asking me to repeat my request. After I explained it again, the manager returned the 25 cents to me and said, "We're sorry, but we can't do that." The cashier ultimately gave me 75 cents in change. It seems they really stick to their policies here!
Incredibly rude and so long to eat. during the ordering, they find out that they do not even have toys for the happy meal.
Noticing my expression, Joshua quickly sprang into action. He asked me to park around the corner and said he would get the lemons for me. A few minutes later, he returned with my iced tea, complete with lemons. He explained that he had found some lemons and cut them up for me. He even asked if I could taste the iced tea to ensure I received exactly what I ordered. I tasted it and felt hesitant to say it was sweet tea, but he anticipated my response. He mentioned that he had a feeling they might have given me sweet tea, which is why he wanted me to check. He quickly ran back and came back with my unsweetened iced tea and two lemons. If this isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is! Joshua went above and beyond, and he certainly didn’t have to do all that. He exemplifies honesty and dedication, and I hope his excellent service sets a standard for others. Thank you, Joshua! God bless you!
