This is a laid-back venue with soft music, perfect for enjoying a drink, having a meal, or playing a game of pool. We loved the live acoustic guitar performance on Saturday evening. This is a relaxed spot perfect for campers. There are free sockets available, plenty of space, and a pool table. We even enjoyed some grapes from the conservatory! Additionally, they serve a nice pint. The cost per person is between £10 and £20. Overall, I’d rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

We have been visiting Valley Park for nearly two decades, and it has always been a wonderful family-run establishment. The bar and clubhouse used to be excellent as well, but unfortunately, they are no longer managed by Valley Park itself; the space has been sublet. The new owner, however, has provided appalling customer service. She is, at best, indifferent and, at worst, outright rude. On a brighter note, the young bar staff are fantastic and could serve as a great example for her.

Absolutely brilliant food, definitely one of the best places we found to eat in polzeath with two fussy children, breakfast pancakes are amazing! Good prices too.
