The Griffin Inn

The Griffin is the best Carvery I have ever been to. The meat is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The pork and beef are absolutely amazing. It's also great value for the quality of food you receive. I've been there once this year and three times last year, and it never fails to impress.

We have enjoyed the Sunday carvery at this restaurant twice now and it is definitely one of the best ones we have tried in Newquay, Cornwall. There are three choices of meat to choose from, as well as a vegetarian option. My wife and I ordered our meals at the bar and were then taken to our table. We made our way to the carvery counter where we both had the beef - three thick, perfectly cooked slices each. The roasted potatoes and vegetables were delicious, and the gravy was fantastic. We would highly recommend the Griffin Hotel for a meal - it is a lovely place with great customer service. If we lived in Cornwall, we would definitely make this our Sunday dinner spot. It's good to know where to go for a great meal and excellent service.

Carvery amazing , very professional and friendly staff. Carvery was good value for money. Very hot sat in the window but other than that it was amazing would recommend this anytime

Fantastic for a Sunday carvery. The staff are very professional and friendly staff. The price is reasonable for what you get. Just really hot sitting in the window apart from that aboustley fantastic I will definitely be coming back again

Visited on Saturday 30th, service was really good. Had a Chicken burger which was lovely, will be returning again………..
