New Hong Sing

I ordered from Hong Sing tonight and unfortunately missed the delivery and the driver's call on my phone. However, Hong Sing was amazing and when I caught up with them, they re-delivered the food while still hot and even included some complimentary prawn crackers! This is just one of the reasons why Hong Sing is the top Chinese takeaway in Redruth. The food quality and service is outstanding.

We frequently order takeout from this restaurant. The ordering system is easy to use and offers a wide variety of options. The food and service are both excellent.

As a local business owner, customer experience is extremely important to me. However, the woman I spoke to on the phone at this restaurant was rude and condescending. I have never been spoken to like that before. To make matters worse, they left a voicemail refusing to correct a £120 order they got wrong. Make sure to double check your order before they deliver it.

This is not a restaurant ! But an excellent takeaway and delivery . We ordered over the phone , not online , it arrived punctually on time . The food was evidently freshly cooked , the taste was delicious , the king prawns were succulent and fresh . We would highly recommend this Chinese takeaway , above any others we have used in this area

Ordered early on their website for pick up at 6, when I arrived it looked like a lot of people had done the same! Walked out at 605 with my order, piping hot and tasty Their staff were working hard! As I left they were quoting 45 minute delays Highly recommend the onion rings!! Outrageously popular takeaway but if you are organised you can get what you want when you want it
