フィードバックを提供するI did not qualify for the government discount, but I was able to be approved the same day. I paid $1483 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome and the home was beautiful and spacious. I signed my lease and got the keys, but since it was a holiday weekend, we could not get the power turned on. Four days later, we found out we needed a wiring inspection, which could take up to 3 weeks. They moved me to another unit that was in poor condition - filthy, missing light fixtures, appliances of different colors, and no towel or toilet paper holders. The home was dirty and infested with roaches. Maintenance was too busy to address any issues. All the apartments had major problems, and other issues were prioritized over mine. My neighbor had a broken fridge for three weeks. The office manager, Kia, told me I should be grateful they let me move in with a pending eviction, but she was mistaken for someone else. When I changed the locks and gave Kia a key, she later yelled at me claiming she never took anything from my hands. This is the rudest apartment complex I have ever encountered. Once you sign and pay, you are treated poorly. It feels like dealing with uneducated people who have a false sense of superiority. The corporate representative, Taryn, promised me reimbursement for moving expenses and free rent, but when it came time to pay, I was shorted $50 from the agreed amount. I also paid an application fee of $35 and a $641 deposit, but they have not recorded the correct amounts in my ledger. Keep all receipts, as they may try to deceive you and deny their promises. I suggest recording all conversations to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend looking for housing elsewhere.
I would advise avoiding unit 6B and this restaurant altogether. I have had a terrible experience with the management here, as they change frequently and are disorganized. Maintenance issues are not addressed promptly or effectively, and the temporary workers they hire are unreliable. My apartment has been plagued with plumbing problems for months, making it uninhabitable, yet I have not been compensated or offered a new apartment. The management has been unhelpful and unprofessional, even losing my spare key twice and making excuses for not performing necessary inspections. They also mishandled my rent payments and threatened eviction without providing a clear explanation. For the amount of $1350, you can definitely find a better living space elsewhere. The condition of the units is also subpar, with mold, rotting wood, and exposed walls. Stay away from this place.

I moved in here the end dec 2020 and since i got here i been telling the leasing office/ mantiance office my apartment has issueS. 1. My hallway bathroom shower hasn 't worked since i got here the faucet for the tub doesn 't go to the H so the water is ice cold and i been reporting it since day one. 2. My dishwasher dont work used it one time water started coming all out the bottom have been reporting that . NOTHING GOT FIXED fast forward to now JUNE 2021 My hallway bathroom still isn 't fixed , somebody came a stole my A/C unit so i haven 't had a/c in 2 mths been reporting on that and nothing has been fixed . the worst place to stay because when things happen you really have no one to call to fix it . they say they put in work orders but dont cuz when you call back they say well whats going on again ? like REALLY DIDNT I TELL YOU 23908 TIMES ALREADY DAMN cant wait till my lease is up . Dont move here find somewhere who cares about there residents not just the money . and im back 2023 and i have moved away from this unprofessional property DO NOT MOVE HERE
My refrigerator been broken about 6 months had to throw all my food away than the maintenance man brought me another use refrigerator and said i all set go to the store to shop to find out that this refrigerator not working and had to throw out all my food again this have been costing me money. I been calling and calling and they keep telling me i get somebody up there. Nobody never showed up and than one time i call and they tell me the maintenance man got the work order and they be up there today no show. My air been out for a year i have a bad leak in my bathroom in the hallway. This place is not liveable at all. Orchard walk need to get it together i so tired of calling and telling them about all the problems in this apartment so of it i have to get somebody to come fix it this not my property yall should be coming and fixing it.
