Boston Pizza - Corner Brook

One out of 4 plates of food was over cooked and dry. The server Julianna K seemed very short, slightly annoyed when asked questions about Vegan, Gluten Free and Allergy related questions. Seems as though she did not know the difference between Gluten and Vegan. Either way we were able to order accommodating food for everyone at the table. My wife states the Mac Cheese was one of the best she’s had. The atmosphere was good, tv’s on playing sports and the restaurant was connected to/had inside entry to the mall. Not sure I would eat there again based on the service but either way, we ate and left.

I've been to 7 different Boston Pizzas across Canada and this one is the worst....by far!!! The food is mediocre at best, but the service is the kicker. Some of the rudest staff I've ever encountered in a restaurant! Waiting almost 15 minutes in the doorway before the greeter came out from out back somewhere, and she acted like we were inconveniencing her. I even noticed an eyeroll when I mentioned my daughter's gluten sensitivity to the waitress...Absolutely will NOT return!

We got the pleasure to have Mick as our server on Saturday as his customer service was simply outstanding! With a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, he gave us personalized attention. His commitment to going above and beyond made for a great experience for my family and I.

Great food. Issue we had was handled well. Would recommend.

Ordering out of never right, resulting in tremendous wait, the main dishes are poor, the fights are no longer on, they hung up on my call before close, the nachos are alright.
