Excellent experience. great service and food order were perfectly and exceptionally fast delivered! child-friendly: the children also got sunflowers and loved them absolutely.

Great customer service and ice cream cakes.. What wlse do you need? Blizzards.. Breakfast biscuits handmade daily, lunch with burgers and fries.. What about banana splits.. Mom

I ordered from the drive thru. There was 5 cars in the parking lot. I didn 't figure they were super busy. I ordered then drive around to the pickup window where I sat for the next 30 minutes. I could see the employees in the store and they saw me. No one came to window to say your order is delayed, sorry about this, or anything else. It was obvious they didn 't like the way I looked so therefore I was getting no service.I have owned businesses in the past and this type of no customer service got employees fired on the spot. But you can bet this is what is dished out to all other customers as well. The owners needs to take responsibility for his business.I know of one customer who will go elsewhere in the future. I believe in voting where it matters, with the pocket book.

We have visited this location before and have always been satisfied. We went yesterday for a late lunch and we will never return. The entire restaurant was very dirty. They did not appear to be short staffed but no one was taking the time to clean the tables and seats. The lady that took our order had extremely dirty hands. There appeared to be staff standing around in the back of the restaurant not helping the others. Our fry portions were laughable, my BBQ sandwich bun was burnt on the inside. The ice in the drink machine was out had to wait on someone from the kitchen to get ice for my daughter and I. We have never had this experience at a DQ and from now on will not visit this location.
