Best Western Plus Le Favaglie

Wellness area disappointing: only a small gym and a tiny pool with cold water. Rooms: despite I booked very early they gave me a handicap room with no bidet, uncomfortable and broken wc, little shower with shower faucet with leakage. No possibility to change the room. Horrible coffee. Poor quantity and quality lunch. Dinner food very good but expensive. Silvia(staff) is very kind and helpful.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Very clean and well presented. Also a very good restaurant about 9 mins walk away

I can fully recommend this hotel. Very good and rich breakfast. Nice pool with optimally hot water. Rooms are in standard equipment and would be little bit better clean. Friendly staff.

Disappointed with the food quality in the restaurant. Room was clean but AC did not work properly. Also, we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us as we needed a ride to the airport. When we arrive at the airport the driver informed us the fee was 120 Euro (for a 30 min ride). I contested this fee as the taxi ride to the hotel from the Milan train station was 35 Euro. Why 4x the cost for the same distance/time? Deeply upset the hotel staff did not take into consideration the costs and share this with us prior to departure. I would have easily made my own arrnagements. The taxi driver called the hotel while I contested the fee and I asked the lady a simple question would you pay 120 euro to have your family taken to the airport ? Her silence was all the answer I needed. BW just lost a customer!

Good place with help full people at the reception and good breakfast but with some real problem in the maintenance : no hot water in the second day in the complete hotel , temperature system reseting to high temperature each time you get out from the room and it was very hot. Shower dispenser broken from the first day and nothing done to improve it on the second day.
