District 11 - Cork

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to help. The lovely woman who served my meal was very friendly and polite. The food is exceptional. Hygiene is excellent in here also I will be recommending to friends and family. 10/10

My recent visit to district 11 was a complete letdown. The majority of the staff provided subpar service, showing little interest in their customers. The manager, instead of addressing the chaos, was busy enjoying drinks with patrons. This disregard for responsibility was disgraceful. I strongly advise against visiting district 11 if you seek a quality experience. Look elsewhere for professionalism, attentive service, and a pleasant ambiance.

The food at this restaurant is lovely, I can't fault it. I ordered the roast of the day and a pizza, both of which were delicious. The drink prices were excellent as well. My only issue with this place is the lack of organization. When we walked in, there was no one available to seat us despite having a reservation. We had to walk around the bar to find someone and ask for a table. Once seated, we were not given menus and had to go find someone to ask for them after waiting for 20 minutes. It seems like menus should have been automatically provided, especially since it's stated that food must be ordered when making a reservation. Although we didn't wait long for our food, we had to ask for cutlery as none was given. Overall, the bar is great but it seems they may not be equipped to handle busy days. Attention to detail can make a huge difference in the overall dining experience.
