フィードバックを提供するI’ve made a genuine effort to be understanding, knowing firsthand that working in the food service industry can be challenging. However, some issues just can't be overlooked. On several occasions, I’ve visited and found the restaurant to be unclean. This time, one of the personal pan pizzas I ordered was missing a slice, and my other pizza had a piece of an icing packet in the box. Additionally, I've noticed that the staff often aren’t wearing their masks. I’ll be calling the store shortly to request a refund and an apology.
Ordered a pizza at 9 pm for pickup online. Order was confirmed and in the process. At 9:40 I made my way to the store and got there before close. The spot appeared to be open until I drove up and parked in front of the location. A woman l, who appears to be the closing manager, looks at me, shuts the lights and locks the doors and tells me she's closed with a bag of food on the counter next to her. No explanation or nothing. I check my account cause I was charged for the order just to see that she refunded it. Now that wouldn't be a problem and I was understanding that there may have been short staffed or whatever. The problem was the lack of communication. So I try to talk to the woman and simply ask why she didn't communicate only for her to catch attitude and repeatedly say they're closed as she continues to check out the food she JUST made for herself. Definitely the worst location I've been.
Terrible service. They literally delivered my order a mile away from my house and left it in front of the neighborhood sign. When I called they said they?re looking up the ticket then left the phone while I was still on it. Do not order here if you want to get your food. They disrespected me as well by just leaving me on the phone too.
The wait time was underestimated by an hour and a half, which I can understand. However, the tracker on my app disappeared after such a long wait. When I called to inquire, I was told to inform the driver about the extended wait to receive compensation. Unfortunately, the driver left the food and was already gone by the time I reached the door.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve ordered from here twice, thinking the first time was just an isolated incident. I placed my order online and was told it would take an hour. I arrived exactly when the app indicated my order would be ready, but I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone came to assist me. On my second visit, there were six of us in the lobby, all equally frustrated and waiting much longer than we had been informed.
