Mcalister's Deli - Cordova

I realize that the world is just short, but the service goes far. The manager was on the line barking order, but not helping. Guides guide people as you ask. We waited almost 45 minutes for food to come at the table; cold.

Great clean food options. I had the chicken salad sandwich with the berry side salad and it was delicious and fresh. I missed McAlister's, the last place I lived in had none.

We went in a few weeks ago and we're checked in by nevaeh she was super sweet and had a great attitude! So we decided we liked that one best over the Germantown location and continue to come back. We came tonight and she was there with her great attitude once again! She was super sweet even though it was 8 pm. We did have to send our food back because the cheese wasn't melted on our sandwiches and they put one in the microwave and the other was re made cause we also needed a different bread (our fault). It was probably our fault though because we went in at 8:15! Overall pretty good and we love nevaeh and her service!

I was very disappointed with my sandwich at this location. I thought all restaurants made their sandwiches the same but I guess not. While I have had the veggie sandwich before it was at a different location and it was delicious and well put together with roasted peppers and all. Whoever put this sandwich together needs to be retrained. I will not eat there again, consistency is key with all restaurants. I had to remake my sandwich when I got home. ?

Great customer service. Love the chocolate chip cookies ?, sweet tea and lemonade, and try the club on a croissant roll with honey mustard. Love that they don?t charge me for the extra pickle spears too?
