Cicis Pizza - Cordova

Manager Stacey Jones and his entire crew were AWESOME! He himself was a great team player! When we came to the restaurant, they were already busy and hardly had anything on the bar. They quickly moved with great customer service to fix it full of a variety of pizzas. We even ordered wings and didn't wait long. I'm back!

We came here today after countless failures in other companies. Alexis immediately greeted us and made fresh food as soon as we went to the bar. Micah was friendly and accommodating and ready to do everything we needed. My spouse was amazed. He approached him offering a job and was shocked to find out his age. The work ethics of these people was the best customer service I saw in a while. Thank you. Cicis for saving our night and for the excellent experience Store 183!

Very patient. Pizza's salad bar was better. The fresher salad bar and pizzas had more cheese and other toppings than last year.

Coming here will throw you back to memories of middle school. Kids are running everywhere, the breadsticks are gone almost instantly, and the atmosphere is chaos. The pizza gave me a hangover. Loved it.

I have eaten here at many times in the past. Generally speaking it's OK pretty good most of the time. Don't get me wrong it's never been anything just great. I do have to tell you I think they were having a bad day today. Young kid working up front at the register mouthful of pizza. Couldn't believe hes up there eating while trying to ring people up. The manager or supervisor was standing right next to him. She acted like she didn't really care. Not a lot of selection on the buffet today. Would probably be a while before I will come back.
