Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cordova

This is my first time in this place, and I thought they had a good job in service. The food was hot and fresh and was very good. I liked the chicken especially because it was delicious, well cooked and not dry. The restaurant was decorated in a modern industrial style. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. There was a good number of people in the line when I arrived, but it moved quite fast.

Great staff. One little girl was so helpful and working so hard. Her name was Riley. She explained everything to us. She was very personable and we could tell she truly cared about her job and their values. Will return!!

Most disgusting restaurant I?ve ever ate at. There was a manager there named Matt and he was great. But since he left they have gone down hill. The workers have an attitude and just are plain rude. All the food looked old and disgusting. Was in a hurry and got my son a quesadilla. Was charged for extra meat even though it was a normal quesadilla. And also they were out of chips at 7 pm. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs. Taco Bell is down the street and a lot better.

Let me preface this by saying we have a ton of allergy issues to combat in our family. Chipotle had some of the best procedures I've ever seen in a food establishment. They took almost all the food from the fresh containers in the back with brand new utensils, as well as labeling all foods that were prepared with allergies in mind! The portions were huge and the food was delicious! We will be back 100% for sure!

Ordered online for 7:45pm pickup. Got there at 7:35pm and my food was already made. Thought this was great until i got home and found that it was cold. Had to reheat it which wasn 't so bad but I set my pickup time specifically to have hot food... 3/31/21 Gave them another chance. Ordered online for pick up at 8pm. Food was not ready until 8:30pm. The quesadilla picture is what I received. I won 't be back...
