China Spring Chinese - Coral Springs

I was craving Chinese food and this spot came up, GREAT FOOD!!!

The food was good you can just tell that their oil is old. It has a really harsh taste, but the food flavor is there. They just need to be a little bit more cleaner and they would get a five star for me.

Some of the best and most authentic Cantonese cuisine in town!

This review is based on my most recent order on 1/17/24. The lady that answered the phone and between the counter is, in my opinion, was not nice. Never said hello and can I help you just answered what do you want. I ordered the chicken with cashew. If it wasn’t for the egg roll, fried rice I would have rated the food a one star for the main dish. Terrible in so many ways.

If I can give a zero star I would coming from a chefs perspective, the front, Dess lady was very rude messed up on my order and gave me pork. I cannot eat pork in my religion denied that I wanted to change my order from the chicken that was touching the pork, then was very rude and abruptive when I asked for refund . Slamming thing and acting out of character I will not be coming back to this place
