The Cheesecake Factory - Coral Gables

Thai Salad was Terrible.Service was slow and poor.Prices were not cheap for the quality.I have not been in CF Dadeland for a long while. Almost totally empty. Now I understand why!

This is definitely not a place for groups. We went in a group to the Coral Gables CF tonight. The bartender was in a sour mood, didn't want to wait on us at the bar, so they assigned us another server. They brought me the wrong order and I accepted it no big deal we were in a group and it was confusing. But when I decided to leave, the waitress said I would have to wait for the entire group check, we asked for separated checks from the beginning. They don't handle groups well and they don't accept Apple Pay... it was an exhausting experience.

Made an online reservation on their website and they have a nice rewards program. You receive a complimentary slice of any flavor cheesecake you like. Our server Kevin was super nice and efficient. He took our orders and kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious and everyone liked what they ordered. Our meals all came out at same time. We loved Kevin and he was 100%.

I placed a order to go on the website, and went there after 20 minutes to be pick it up. The hostess wasn’t welcoming at all, she made a face like I didn’t belong there. I mentioned I am here to pick up my dinner, she didn’t even say anything and just pointed me to another counter, and gave me another weird look. I didn’t appreciate that experience and would like to not go back. I’m sure that organization can do better at deciding whom to keep as a face of their restaurant. I will not go back and do not recommend this place either. There are far better and welcoming places than the cheese cake factory. The food was okay, not a big fan of it.Parking: No parking.
