UPDATE 06/18/2022 Customer service at this location has improved dramatically! Thank you. Desyre for our experience with this location was best for a while. I had to call this place because of an error I ordered online, and she corrected my online order error and was so nice. BT2 WORK Edge Pizza was also great! UPDATE: 04/21/2022 We decided to give them another chance and say that the hand-seed pizza lover was great and delivery was fast. 1 star away because now the online site tapping starts at 18% instead of standard 15%. PREFACE: The changes to the Pan pizza when loading an additional $2.00 for this option is simply ridiculous. We will no longer order this article.

We ordered two edge pizzas, but due to a shortage of drivers, they used a door delivery service. What a disaster! The pizzas arrived completely messed up! To make matters worse, the driver brought her child with her. While that's not Pizza Hut's fault, it would have been nice if they had informed us. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue, they delivered two new pizzas, which was a bit sad. I suggest that they consider informing customers when they are short on drivers and offer the option of either accepting a door delivery or waiting for a proper delivery person from Pizza Hut. Personally, I would choose to wait.

We ordered a large deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, a large buffalo chicken pizza, along with double orders of cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. The total came to $40. Everything was prepared just as we requested and was piping hot. Plus, we didn't even have to call to let them know when we arrived—someone came out right away to ask for our name and bring us our order. I’ll definitely keep ordering from Pizza Hut whenever I crave pizza!

The hostess was very welcoming and immediately provided the children with coloring packs along with the menus. She checked in on us respectfully without being intrusive during our visit. The only reason I wouldn't rate this place five stars is that they only offer bottled drinks and not well drinks as well. The food was excellent, contrary to some reviews that complained about the sauce and flavor. I definitely see myself returning in the future.
