Einstein Bros. Bagels - Coppell

I absolutely love this place! They offer an extensive selection of bagels and pastries, along with the creamiest cream cheese available in many different flavors. During the holiday season, just before Christmas, I like to buy a baker’s dozen box for $20, which comes with a dozen bagels and your choice of four muffins or pastries—feel free to mix and match! The chocolate chip coffee cake is incredible; if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend getting it as soon as possible—you won’t be disappointed. If you take it home, make sure to heat it for at least 30 seconds before enjoying it. Some of my favorites include Cinnamon Sugar, French Toast, and Cinnamon Raisin bagels, which I use to make my Christmas bread pudding. For my Christmas morning frittata, I rely on their Jalapeño Cheddar, Cheddar, Plain, Asiago Cheddar, and Green Chili bagels.

I haven't seen such dedicated employees in a long time. They worked at lightning speed to fulfill every order. The bagels were delicious and fresh, with an incredible variety to choose from. It's impressive how many interesting breakfast options they can create in such a small space. The staff even greeted guests by name, which added a personal touch!
