I was at this location a few months ago and used a gift card, and still have a balance on it. I just went in and was told they didn't know how to process the transaction with a gift card. Obviously it's an issue of poor training, and not the fault of the girls working. I've cream was fine, just a dissatisfying experience.
Girl made a small mistake but then corrected it. I asked for chocolate ice cream and got vanilla. Then fixed it and gave me chocolate. I had an ice cream craving.
Love the Wednesday sundae special. 2 for 1. The staff is very friendly.
This service their was absolutely great and I highly recommend anyone to go check this one out.
