What a wonderful sunday luncheon we had!! not only the over whelming quantity but the quality ! the service was very heartwarming answer both felt really welcomed and much to my surprise, both brocolliand cauliflowers were not knackered ! I had roast beef or lamb in mind before getting there but the crackling on the menus too tempting to ignore so we both went for roast pork , however next time I would like to try beef

Lovely place to fall in to off the train and out of the rain for a late lunch. Really friendly and welcoming. I had white bait and then mussels, which was huge! I never fail to finish food but had to admit defeat and didn't need to eat again for the rest of the day. Well equipped loo and what looked like delicious cocktails Highly recommend
