Meltdown - Coopersburg

Years ago, I worked at the stand next to Wild Bill's in Great South Bay. They make an amazing grilled cheese with speck. I hope it's still as good as I remember!

I attended the GSB Festival today and the food was delicious. I tried the BBQ mac and cheese grilled sandwich and it was fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the disorganization of the staff. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years myself, I could tell that the staff did not know how to efficiently run the tent. There were no clear signs indicating where to order or pick up food, which led to confusion among the customers in the busy setting of a music festival. Additionally, there was no ticket system in place to confirm orders or identify customers, which made it difficult to keep track of purchases. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, the food was great but the service could use some improvement.

The cold Philly cheesesteak and bread were disappointing. However, the fries and cheese were hot and delicious, earning this restaurant a second star.

Eat amazing! can not wait to go back! great service!

I had a meltdown gormet grilled cheese everyday at Mountain Jam. The Bobby is my favorite, I could definitely eat a few of these. THANKS for the great food and can't wait to see you guys again at the next festival! Pat D
