Wendy's - Cooper City

This Wendy's location is consistently one of the worst. Be sure to double-check your order, as they almost always forget something. Today, we were missing our nuggets and the bags were so full that it was difficult to check. They also gave me the wrong sauces. My burger had no tomato and the lettuce was very sad. Overall, it was an atrocious experience.

The phone doesn't even ring! They messed up my order and when I was checking, the lady shouted, "everything is in there!" However, everything was not included. When I tried to call, the phone was out of service. The customer experience was terrible. Additionally, the food is inconsistent, with some meals being great and others subpar.
