Horable customer service. Today I had to look at the shop again, because the four drinks I ordered were very watery and I needed for them at 3. The male employee who wasn't there when I placed the order decided to remove and dominate the conversation I had with his colleague. After she was repeatedly asked by the female employee in Spanish to speak and.handle the situation. I decided to ignore myself and go to a customer while his female employee had run on the back when I asked his name to hang on the phone.... the second time that the phone rang without answer...

I've decided to ignore myself and attend to a customer while his female employee walked back... when I asked for his name, hanged on the phone... the second time that the phone rings without an answer...

So this was my first time coming to this particular smoothie king location and as soon as I walk in I seen this young man by the name of Brandon busting his tail off by himself making these smoothies with a whole line and he was laughing and greeting with the customers he has very good customer service very patience and nice ! I have asked for a recommendation with peanut butter and he recommended me the Reese?s . Never had it before but let me tell you it was the best smoothie ever!! Give this man a pay rise please I will be coming back !

So I get here at 7:55 pm just in time for a quick smoothie and the guy tells me they are closed. So why don't you just say 7:30 then you can leave at 8. It doesn't surprise me that the kid wants to get home to play his video game but business is business. SMH... never again will I support this company. 2/29/22, still haven't returned and have kept many from here.

I just got my smoothie.. wasn?t bland properly their was chunk of ice going through my straw and it was really hard to drink it. Usually the guy there makes it better but this time their was a girl who apparently doesn?t know how to do her job right. I had to come home to mix my own smoothie
