I must say, one of the good things that happened during Shelter-in-Place was that I was able to FINALLY try Alfredo's. I couldn't bring myself to wait in line for 2 hours long (although my fellow Angelino friends say that it is WORTH the wait) but I always wanted to try it. When they announced that they were working with Postmates, I hopped on it.

Authentic Italian recipes and homemade NY-style pizza make this charming little eatery a hidden gem. There's nothing gimmicky about it, unlike a typical chain restaurant. Be sure to try the pasta e fagioli soup—it's fantastic! The lasagna is hearty and delicious as well. We can't wait to come back!

The pizza here is fantastic, truly capturing that New York style! I tried their lunch special, which included two cheese slices and a soft drink for just $5.50. Great deal!
