フィードバックを提供するI felt compelled to write a review given the tendency in negative reviews recently. first, to have an individual who is fired over a rainbow flag...to have a symbol in a company to show support for a group means "not in any way a lack of support for others. Certain individuals have been more historically marginalized and discriminated than others. a company that makes this individual known (whether coworkers or parachutes) that they are welcome does not mean that others are not. I think it's a nice gesture. secondly, there's a reason why I'm going through most of the companies avoid. whether at caribou, mcdonald’s or panera, the waiting times are almost always longer than when I simply go into and order. the number of cars is not always indicative of waiting times, as some of them could raise great accusations. I can't speak for the problems of people with false commands, but if they're in a hurry, they go in or preorder! finally, I'll go on my personal experience. I decided to dive and I ordered my own eating in a self-service kiosk that was quite user-friendly (also with a gift card.) a few other mozens ordered at kiosks and there was a beautiful young man who worked at the baker's eithek who took the time to appeal to us, thanked us for this and his help when there was any question. I ordered a paprikawurst flatcake pizza. it was quickly finished and was fresh out of the many. it was my first time to order this product and I was pleasantly surprised. pizza is one of their newer menus and I feel like quality sometimes lacks when restaurants expand their menu over their niche. the sauce and the seasoned were however quite good, the crust was perfectly cooked and I enjoyed the sausage bells. during the time I was in the restaurant, I noticed the moral of the staff there. I would say it was more than average. mostly juvenile and young adult people seemed to have enjoyed their employees and their work. friendly chit chat between them, but while they attentive to their tasks and customers. There was also someone who worked on it that I suspect that it would be a shift manager who thanked the employees and today promised them good work. it was really all together beautiful and refreshing to experience the interactions. Anyway, I almost 't ate in this special panera based on the last reviews and other options in the opposite. I am glad that my experience has exceeded expectations!
Ordered a simple bagel and coffee by the app for quick pickup. I was there, I saw my command sitting there, so I took him up and went on that one. I have to work and open the bag ready to eat my bagel. not a bagel, but a yogurt. as disappointing. could also not find a place in the app to tell them that my order was wrong, bad design on business side.
One of my favorite places to eat lunch. eating is always fresh and tasty. my only grip is, even after we checked that we needed silverware, they didn't add it. also it always takes forever in the journey through. still my fave!
I asked for chicken wild rice soup I got what would be chicken noodle with rice soup very thin and blah I'm kind of wondering why when I ordered what I did and it showed it available why I was giving something different and got charged for chicken and wild rice soup. I also call and it rings and rings and rings and it automatically hangs up. I think part of customer service should be that there's a voicemail That way the manager or someone can return the call when it's convenient bad customer service at the moment and I have never had to say that about this Panera location I hate it that I have to say that today
Got the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken, was not very good. thought for sure the fruit would be good because it?s summer but it was all very bitter and sour. Everyone else enjoyed their food though!
