Hot Chilli Bean Thai Cafe

We were initially told our wait would be 40 minutes, but at the 40-minute mark we were informed it would be an additional 30 minutes. Meanwhile, diners who arrived after us had already been served their meals. It is disappointing that the management did not address the issue of poor service and instead left it to a teenage worker. We will not be returning due to the terrible service we experienced.

The dining experience was fantastic. The service was great and they handled my food allergies with care. Overall, it was a wonderful culinary experience and I would definitely return.

The food was great at this restaurant. However, we were the only guests there initially and had to request assistance from one of the four employees to place our order. We had to ask them to clear our table and then again for dessert. No one checked on us during our meal, and we had to ask for a second round of drinks. Overall, the staff could benefit from some customer service training.

Best thai in coolum great variety, good value, easy online order when they take away. we have also eaten in the restaurant, which has beautiful decoration and atmosphere. our favorite shark.

We had a reservation with friends and on arrival were told we could only get take away, at 7:30pm! The young staff clearly did not want to seat us dining in as they wanted to pack up early and go home. They reluctantly gave us...a seat and both entrees and mains arrived at once. Then when we order wine we told it’s too late it’s 8pm! I raised my concerns and was barely acknowledged. It ruined our night out.
