Cicis - Cookeville

Place was DISGUSTING!!! They literally had one person running the cash register, salad bar, and making the pizza. Poor girl was overwhelmed and aggravated. She tried but couldn't keep up. Restrooms dirty and slippery. Mats and floor sticky. Arcade room super dirty.

Ordered a to-go zesty pepperoni pizza, and my order was made within 10 minutes and perfect. Food was delicious and staff were all super nice and welcoming!!

Always enjoyed eating at this Cicis when I'm in town even tho they have gotten smaller food quality is still good

The food was good, but the place is so filthy. The drink station was nasty, the floors were dingy and dirty, it just felt gross being in there. The bathrooms were disgusting. So maybe if they hired a cleaning crew we'd come back, but that'll be the first and last time eating here.

Paid for an all you can eat buffet turns out the buffet was in fact not an all you can eat!! the bar was almost completely empty and the employees were no help so we basically wasted our money. although, whenever the lady with glasses works the food is always good and she atleast will offer to make something fresh, so kudos to her but genuinely if you hate your job so much just quit it’s not that hard
