I visited for lunch last week, and the place was mostly empty. It took an unexpectedly long time for us to receive our drinks, and our appetizer of fried pickles, which were very greasy, arrived before our beverages.

I had to wait a bit to be seated, but overall it was a great experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. You definitely need to try the street corn!

The skillet queso was gritty and tasted terrible, almost like sand. It was completely inedible. I called to request a refund or a gift card equivalent to what I spent, but the representative kept insisting it only cost $2.90, even though it was over $11 after tax. They continued to offer me a $5 gift card for my next visit, but honestly, there won’t be a next visit. I really can’t wrap my head around how this situation occurred. The person I spoke with seemed clueless and was more than happy to end the call without resolving the issue. There are so many things wrong with this experience. It's truly unbelievable.
