フィードバックを提供するAt 3:00, I decided to order from Pizza Hut instead, and they delivered my pizzas by 3:40. Just five minutes later, Domino's finally showed up with the two pizzas and drinks, but by that point, I refused to accept them. The delivery person promised me a refund, but I never received it. I ended up making four more calls over the next few weeks, only to be told to call back later, either when they weren't busy or when a manager was available. I never got my $30 back. I will never order from them again!
I ordered a pizza at 11:30, and since they close at 1:00, I expected it to arrive. Unfortunately, the pizza never came, and the app indicated it would take an hour for delivery. I tried calling, but no one answered. This is the second time I've had an issue like this, so I won't be ordering from them again.
At the time the Bread loves sticks and the hot Wings was delicious thanks.
I canceled my order. I'm staying in a hotel nearby. The person who answered the phone to take orders was really rude. He didn't want to accept my order. I gave him the address and he said my pizza will be here. I don't know. Then he was hanging on me. When I called back to tell him the room number, he said he had already got it. When I asked what he said he forgot?? Where did my pizza go? He really got mad at the phone when I confirmed he wasn't my room number. I canceled and suspended my order. He called my phone back to argue with me what was ridiculous! Very unprofessional! I asked him to talk to his manager and he told me he was the manager! What I doubted about what I went through was actually him! Save your headaches and just order pizza hat!
The restaurant was clean, and the staff at the checkout were very helpful with my order. There was no wait time, and my pizza was ready in just 14 minutes.
