Yeung Sing Chinese - Conwy

I have been dining at this restaurant for 20 years. Unfortunately, in recent years, the quality has declined. I decided to give it another try tonight and ordered the Chicken and Cashew Nuts. The chicken was soggy and lacked flavor. It's disappointing, especially since it's conveniently located near us, but we will not be returning.

This restaurant offers the best food that money can buy. I frequently order from here and I am always pleased with my meal. The food is consistently delivered promptly, hot, incredibly delicious, generous portions, great value, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys high-quality food served well at a reasonable price.

Usually this restaurant provides a great option for takeout, but something seemed to have gone awry tonight. We experienced a significant delay in receiving our food, and when it finally arrived, it was disappointing. None of our meals met our usual expectations. Unfortunately, this experience may deter us from returning in the future, which is a shame considering how consistently good this restaurant typically is.

TERRIBLE Firstly, for such a massive takeaway. I was served through a hole in a door and was told my order would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I received our food.. I did ask why I was served via a window to be told 'since covid ' I understood that but it could be opened up now and not left to stand in a carpark waiting. The Hot Sour soup was more like beef stew.. My Satay special didn 't taste satay at all more like beef and the chicken pieces have a slimy coating

Best take away in the area. Always prompt, always fresh and hot, good vegetarian selection. Friendly staff.
