This restaurant is a beautiful place to dine, with a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. The menu is extensive with plenty of options, and the dishes are always well-presented and hot. I especially appreciate that they serve a proper pot of tea, complete with sugar cubes, in the correct pots that don't spill over. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets. The only suggestion I have is to add a few marked disabled parking bays at the front of the restaurant. Cauliflower and Cheddar soup wasn't hot so still had lumps of unmelted cheese in it. Lamb was overcooked, vegetables were bland and limp. Overall the dish was dry. Had the French apple and toffee with ice cream which was nice but portion size was smaller than before. Service was good but didn't get that overall feeling of a good experience due to the food.
