Starbucks - Conway

The staff here are incredibly friendly. We decided to stop by because my fiancée was craving a really strong coffee. We weren’t sure how to place our order, but the server was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything as we inquired.

I often take photos at Starbucks, and I usually visit around 6:00 AM. There seems to be some confusion with the hours; Starbucks opens at 6:00, while NIE opens at 5:30. Many visitors depend on this information and are surprised to find the place closed when they arrive at 5:30. The morning staff is fantastic, and I'm familiar with everyone there. For me, the hour after opening is peaceful, and typically there aren’t many customers, especially during the summer holidays. Everyone has their favorite drink, and mine is an iced cold brew topped with cold foam—it’s only 40 calories! My only complaint about the place isn't related to the employees, as they do a great job, but rather, the establishment itself is outdated and needs a makeover. A special shout-out to Kerry and Jess for their exceptional service! Also, thanks to Sarah, Ben, and Anthony—you truly brighten my day!

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating.
