I have always been a customer of the pizzeria and really liked the products and service. In recent months, performance has dropped a lot. I placed orders and they arrived wrong, with wrong items and also undue charges. I've complained via message and they always apologize but they haven't improved. It's very sad to see a restaurant lose its customers due to lack of commitment and quality of service.
