Breezer - Constanţa

Probably the best place if not overcrowded. Beautiful atmosphere at the edge of the marina. Good coffee (Illy) and pleasant staff. Do not order food if you are overcrowded, you need to wait up to 11⁄2 hours, but it's wort waiting.

Atmosphere is really nice. The menu seems to have changed something. Recomend the black mojito and the fish and chips.

Nice place with good views at the harbour. It is the only place around Tomis Harbour open all year round with good coffee. Very popular among younger people especially during winter time.

Send space with a beautiful view of the port, although this can be said about any place in this area. You have some nice cocktails (rainbows and coconut kisses) and deserts (Lavenbread). The service was slow, although there were not many customers. The music was very nice (chill/lounge).

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (delicious vegan pizza) but the service is slow and the waitress bored as hell. The service needs serious improvement. Otherwise a convenient option for a good meal.
