Fayette Street Oyster House Grille

They are permanently closed. We arrived to find the restaurant closed.

I made a reservation for earlier this evening and received a confirmation email yesterday. However, when we arrived today, there was a sign on the door indicating that they are temporarily closed. It's frustrating to think that they accepted my reservation and requested confirmation when they were already closed. There was no information on their website or any other platform about the closure. This is completely unprofessional.

We had a strong craving for oysters, and they certainly delivered! There was an unexpected staffing issue due to someone needing to leave suddenly, but the bartender and owner jumped in to assist, so it wasn't a problem at all. Although they were out of several items on the menu, they offered great alternatives that more than compensated for it. Overall, we had a fantastic first experience at the restaurant. The next time we're in the mood for oysters, we'll definitely be returning!

Wouldn't consider this any real oyster raw bar. All the cocktail, no real mignonette sauce- something they claimed came in a squeeze bottle and other condiments needed for my oysters. When arrived the staff argued with each other that they didn't want to take anymore tables as to who would be serving us! Overall less than thrilled with the experience and wouldn't go back k or recommend

I enjoy very much the Fayette street oyster house grille. Love all their menu. Everything exceptionally very good. Go there regularly.
