フィードバックを提供するI order togo once a week online. only 1 times we are busy and it was not ready to go every other time when my food is bagged and ready to go. I love the aromes. my favorite is the crazy spicy huh. the price is at the top.
They have no chicken breast or salmon. they don't offer a tee just so. they are not offered for orders. very not to worry about their care. 2 times here and both of them eat out and expensive for what they get when they have to order something else due to the lack of availability. will not come back. then everyone got about 10 people coming after us, eating her. we forgot to do it. who is your manager, maybe ryan. When does he or he works and doesn't go safe. what kind of business is that? other customers they ask to turn the music because it is so loud.
I’m obsessed with this place. We order it at work because it’s close by. Tonight I picked it up on my way home. I get the spicy chicken bowl with brown rice. I had my fill and left it on the side table next to the couch. Apparently it smelled so good, my dog HAD to try it too. There was only a few pieces of rice left after filling his palate… so he got a lot of “bad dog” (he hates that) and stern warnings to NOT eat my food again, but this isn’t about him. He and I both thoroughly enjoyed the meal!
The place was not very clean. Which should have been the first sign not to eat there. They had several young men cooking. Some wearing gloves some not. When my food came out it had a bug with it. I let the young man know and he apologized and wiped it up. I told him I could not eat my food after seeing the big. He offered to cook my husband and I another dish, but if there was one bug I'm sure their would be more. We told him we were leaving. I mentioned to my husband I wanted a refund. We hadn't even touched our food. The poor kid didn't know what to do. They need some older people working in there to know how to handle situations like this. Needless to say I won't be back. They need to get an exterminator out to spray the place down and we threw money away. We went a few doors down and paid for another meal.
I have had just about enough of this place. 3 times in and each time I have waited. Meanwhile at. least 1 customer asks for a refund because of the wait time. Last night my order was wrong and missing the egg roll. Maybe if I'd put a larger tip in the jar.I'll never know because I'll never go back
