Pizza Hut - Conroe

This area really needs a new district manager. Ms. Kristen Scott isn't doing a good job as a DM. All of her stores are poorly managed and not up to standard.

I order from this restaurant frequently, but my last experience wasn't great. The pizzas had noticeably fewer pepperonis than I'm used to, and two out of the three pizzas were very light on cheese. The third was a pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese, but it had the same amount of pepperonis as the other two.

Whenever we're in the mood for pizza or wings, this is the go-to spot! The food is consistently excellent, and their delivery service makes it even more convenient to enjoy. It's rare for them to run out of any ingredients, which just shows how popular this restaurant is. The delivery staff is always friendly and punctual, no matter who brings our order.

Sorry, but as always this particular location along with few others around this surrounding area will not let you go online and order your food and get the discounts it says access denied it's ridiculous I pay 10 to $15 more for what I get all the time and it really pisses me off that Pizza Hut would do that to me I am a million dollar customer I assure you

This Pizza Hut was a complete failure. I made an online order for delivery for $100 and an hour later still no pizza. I called to check what was happening and I was told it was a carry out order. Won't be shopping here anymore. This was pathetic service at best.
